She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucian Perryman Wilkins and Sarah Presson Wilkins; her husband Gabriel "Gabe" Holmes; and her sister Sarah Perryman Wilkins. She is survived by: her children, Sally Prickett (Bubby), Susan Della Porta (Al) and Bucky Holmes (Billy); her pet Buffy; and her grandchildren, Cameron Dykes (Rachel), Ashley P Cuttino (Brad), Beth P Holder (Stokley), Lee Prickett III (Meredith), Katherine Della Porta, Laura King (Zac), Al Della Porta Jr. (Lindsay), Sarah McVeigh (James) and Michael Della Porta (Emma). She is also survived by great grandchildren.
