He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Otis and Betty Jo Crowe; and his brothers, Casey and Danny. He is survived by: his granddaughter Harley; his children, Amber (Billy) and Roger, Jr. (Sarah); and his siblings, Betty (Robert), Gary (Dei) and James (Donna). He is also survived by two nieces, eight nephews, and many great nieces and nephews.
