With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia Hester (Sanford, North Carolina), born in Marshville, North Carolina, who passed away on May 18, 2018 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Luther B. Hester; and her sibling's children, James P. Wilson Jr. and Helen Clapp Melvin. She is survived by: her sibling's children, Allen L. Clapp (Anne) of Raleigh and Russell A. Williams Jr.; her wife Leslie; Jean W. Watkins of Siler City and Jane W. Parrish of Cameron.
