He was predeceased by : his parents, Isaiah Sanders and Ola Norton Sanders. He is survived by : his wife Hilda Sanders; his daughter Irma Sanders Shelton; his siblings, Evon Taylor, Ray, Robert and Lane Sanders; his daughter Sandy Sanders; his nephews, Rex Taylor and Terry Sanders; his grandchildren, Sue Scroggs, Brenda Buckner and Robby Price; and his son-in-law Larry Shelton. He is also survived by three nieces.
Due to Covid 19, a memorial will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Transylvania Human Society to help support Cecil's love for dogs.
