She was predeceased by: her husband Floyd Mahlon Braddy; her parents, Alonza Lovegrove and Gertha White Lovegrove; and her siblings, Billy Lovegrove and Sis Scott.

She is survived by: her daughter Sharon Braddy of Scotland Neck; her siblings' children, Tim Parker (Karen) of Scotland Neck, Wade Butler (Amanda) of Scotland Neck, Harris Butler (Tommy) of Norman, OK, Randy Lovegrove of Casselberry, FL, Gary Lovegrove (Melissa) of Orlando, FL, Karen Lovegrove Peters of Orlando, FL and Pam Lovegrove Kline (Randy) of Orlando, FL; her siblings, John and Sylvia Oakley; her sister-in-law Becky Braddy Vicars; and her sisters, Joan Tutor, Lynn Everett and Kay Hill.
