He was predeceased by: his father Robert Grover Blowe; and his wife Annette Shores Blowe. He is survived by: his children, Mike Blowe (Bonnie) of Tunis, Tony Blowe (Brenda) of Lewiston and Sandy White (Bennett) of Winton; his granddaughters, Charli Stanley (Brian) of Clayton, Christy Craig (Scott), Heather Matthews of Ahoskie, Elizabeth Patrick (Caleb) of Richmond, VA and Amanda Harding of Richmond, VA; his great grandchildren, Matthew Stanley, Ayden Hawks, Keeton Hawks, Katie Matthews, Shelby Matthews, Madison Matthews, Savanna Patrick and Kolton Harding; and his siblings, Harvey Blowe (Becky) of Aulander, Floyd Blowe (Verla) of Camino, CA and Rachel Bryant of Murfreesboro. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
