He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy C. Jackson and Ludie Godwin Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Frances Hobbs Jackson; his sons, Jeffrey Jackson (Jamie) and Elliott Jackson of Apex; and his brothers, Wayne Jackson (Catherine) of Dunn and Linwood Jackson (Kay) of Dunn.
