He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Thomas and Gertrude Rose Smith Creech. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Bunn Creech; his children, Jerry Lynn Creech, Jr. (Georgia) of Selma, Brandon Caddell of Selma, Samantha Creech of Clayton and Brittany Wall (Anthony) of Selma; his siblings, Ryan Lee Creech (Jennifer) of Garner, Belinda Rose Creech (Cliff) of Garner, Amanda Horne of Garner and Melody Creech Hennesse (Dace) of High Point; and his grandchildren, Angel, Alyssa, Jeremiah, Chloe, Addison, Gracie, Malachi, Ayden, Skylar, Alyda and Ainsley.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be sent to St. Jude's Children Hospital.
