She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Vick and Mildred Carter Edwards. She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Brannan, II of Selma and Wanda Blizzard (Doug) of Smithfield; her sister Jessie Eason of Swansboro; and her grandchildren, Harrison Howell and Reagan Howell.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to a charity of one's choice in memory of Mrs. Brannan.
