She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wesley Williams and Gladys Humphrey Williams; her husband Bruce Gordon Lewis, Jr.; her daughter Lisa Lynn Horne; and her siblings, Clayton Williams, Thomas Williams, Helen K. Patrick, Grace Sanderson and Frances Metallo.
She is survived by: her children, Bruce Gordon "Gordy" Lewis III (Michelle) of Shallotte and Lou Ann Butler (Revice); her sisters, Alice Brown of Millers Creek, NC and Loretta Lanier Lassiter of Kinston, NC; and her grandchildren, Josh Butler (Morgan), Brooke Watts (Alex), Cole Bagwell, Oliva Clark (Blake), Carly Oxedine (Tyler) and Adelyn Lewis. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
