He is survived by: his parent Tina Moore Lewis of Girdwood; his brother Jarrett Reed Simmons of Chadbourn, NC; and his grandmothers, JoAnn Bellamy Simmons of Ash and Linda Moore Aycock of West Jefferson, NC.
