She was predeceased by: her mother Lillie Burgess Bowden; her husband Walter Alvin Kight; and her children, Alvin Wayne Kight and Judy Kight Brickhouse. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Stacey Brickhouse of Elizabeth City, NC, Joseph Wayne Kight of Shiloh, NC, Sheila Jackson (Camron) of Fayetteville, NC and Christopher Kight of Fayetteville, NC; and her great grandchildren, Joshua Kight and Lily Jackson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Riddle Pentecostal Holiness Church.
