He was predeceased by : his mother Frieda Morgan Lindley. He is survived by : his father Mark Darryle; his stepmother Nancy M. Lindley; his brother Julius Neill Lindley (Cori); his nephew Julius Neill Lindley, II (Katherine); his nieces, Morgan and Alison Lindley; his great-nephews, Julius Neill Lindley III and Mason Grey Lindley; and his aunt Connie M. Conway.
