He is survived by : his mother Martha Louise Peabody; his daughters, Shannon Reed, Carrie Dale (Jimmy) and Amanda Hooker (Tyson); his siblings, Burt Reed and Ann Conklin; his grandchildren, Cassie King, Chloe King, Jacob Dale, Isaac Dale, Payton Hooker, Lexie Hooker and Raelyn Hooker; his nephews, Jack Blanchard (Racheal) and Daniel Blanchard; his niece Rebecca Hyde (Mark); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Devon Dewey, Joceyln Hyde, Amaliya Hyde, Mattrew Haskins, Danelle Blanchard and Zane Blanchard.
