Alice Williams Bynum Richardson Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 20, 2022, at the age of 84, Alice Williams Bynum Richardson (Smithfield, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Williams and Amanda Williams; her husband David Richardson; and her son Kovac Bynum. She is survived by: her children, Angela Bynum of Smithfield, NC and Manwell Bynum (Laura) of Charlotte, NC; her stepchildren, Clara R. Scarborough of Durham, NC., Elsie R. Carter, Laverne Richardson of Knightdale, NC., Jacqueline Marriott of Inglewood, CA., Severia Richardson of Knightdale, NC., Andre Richardson (Gilistine) of Wendell, NC. and Nathaniel Richardson (Evangeline) of Knightdale, NC.; her grandchildren, Cameron Bynum and Gabrielle Bynum; and her siblings, Harold K. Sanders and Betty Jean Bishop. She is also survived by seven step grandsons, two step granddaughters, two step great grandsons, two step grand great granddaughters.
Due to Covid-19 concerns the family would like to restrict home visitations to immediate family please.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to the Smithfield-Selma Alumni Association in memory of Alice W. Bynum Richardson.
