She is survived by: her children, Regina Sanders, Joyce Penny, Frank L. Penny Jr., Marsha McIntosh and Brenda Lynn; her goddaughter Sarah Watson; her grandchildren, Lisa Austin (Timothy), Carla Price (James), Carmen Penny, Darryl Galloway, Tyrone Lynn (Tamika), Kelli Alderman (Charles), Gregory Lynn (Valisa), Tisha McIntosh, James Galloway (Kendra) and Jason Lynn; and her sisters-in-law, E. B. Penny and Lucy of Washington. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
