We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2021, at the age of 84, Doug Blizzard Jr. of Smithfield, North Carolina, born in Dillon, South Carolina passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Doug Blizzard Jr. to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Blizzard Sr. and Sue Lytton Blizzard. He is survived by: his wife Judi Blizzard; his children, Doug Blizzard (Wanda) of Smithfield and Suzanne Boutwell (Keith) of Cary; his sister Betsy Lee (Jerry) of Brunswick, GA; and his grandchildren, Camden Blizzard, Hannah Blizzard and Megan Boutwell.
The family respectfully request that all in attendance for the service wear a mask.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Centenary UMC Memorial Fund or to Centenary UMC choir.
