He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Frederick and Mary Overbee Toole of Missouri; and his brother Billy Wayne Toole. He is survived by: his wife Mary Rose Lancaster Toole; his children, Brandon Frederick Toole (Crystal) of Four Oaks and Emily Toole Brown (Levy) of Smithfield; his siblings, Bobby Eugene Toole (Elaine) of Smithfield and Phyllis Toole Joyner (George) of Goldsboro; and his grandchildren, Christian Alexander Toole and Lydia Rose Brown. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
