It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Stanley Lee of Smithfield, North Carolina, who passed away on October 10, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rother Stanley and Bessie Johnson Stanley; her husband Willie Elmer Lee; her son J. Wayne Lee; and her siblings, Earl Stanley, Wade Stanley, Sherwood Stanley, Marvin Stanley, Doris Jones and Maxine O'Connell.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Daryl Lee (Tonya), Stacey Lee and Amy Lee; her brothers, Pete Stanley (Cora) of Selma and Jimmy Stanley of Garner; and her daughter-in-law Angela Lee.
