It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rayvon Hayes of Smithfield, North Carolina, born in Wayne County, North Carolina, who passed away on February 12, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Hayes and Edna Earl Strickland Hayes; his siblings, Lucille Messer, Teresa Tyree, Cathy Hayes, Deborah Heath and Clifton Hayes; and his nephew Timmy Hayes.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Hayes; his children, Sandra "Katie" Williams, Linda Gail Turnage and Donald Ray Hayes; his stepchildren, Tabitha Lea Baker, Kathy Marie Baker, Amy Dawn Baker, Wendy Barbour, Timmy Bruce Baker, Terry Clee Baker, Jeff Harris, Roger Martinez and Jamie Valadez; his siblings, David Lee Hayes, Joe Hayes, Linda Stephenson and Sylvia Wall; and his nieces and nephews, Thomas Peedin, Coy Radord, Joseph Woodall, Tyler Hayes, Daniel Wall, Anna Radford, Jessica Diaz and Crystal Peedin.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be sent to Parrish Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
