He is survived by: his wife Pherbia Smith; and his children, Wayne Smith (Mittie), Ralph Harris (Ira), Lori Smith, Anthony Boylan, Shelia Watson, Cheryl Smith (Billy), Keith McClain, Annette McClain, Dexter McClain, Michael Frazier, Stacey Frazier (Tameka) and Shelby Frazier. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, family members and friends.
