She was predeceased by: her mother Helen Woodard Rhodes; her husband William Smith; and her grandmother Nancy Rhodes. She is survived by: her father Arnold Rhodes (Lavern) of Smithfield; her children, Johnathon Smith (Jazmin) of Smithfield and Samantha Smith of Smithfield; her siblings, Charles Lamm (Carol) of Brogden, Marie Lewis of Brogden and Stephanie Roberts (Dave) of Kitty Hawk; her grandson Johnathon William Smith; her stepgrandsons, Samuel and Isaac Lopez; and her sister-in-law Lori Norris (Wade) of Smithfield. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
