She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Raymond Joseph O'Bryhim and Martha Farmer O'Bryhim; her former life partner George Conrad "Skippy" McGee; her friend Oscar Patrick "Pete" Miller, Jr.; her husband Pete Miller; her children, Barbara Miller Bolt (Chris) of Wilson, NC and Jamie Miller Brown (Mike) of Wilmington, NC; her sister Martha O'Bryhim Parsons (Pat) of Bowie, MD; her grandchildren, John Oscar "Oc" Bolt, Patrick Vaden "Pete" Bolt, Michael Corbett Brown IV and Miller Haskell Brown; and her brothers-in-law, Paul Frizzelle Miller (Caroline) and Jesse Warner Miller. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
