She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Nelson and Elah Sapp Nelson; her husband Bobby Osborne; and her sisters, Betty Johnson and Bonnie Brown.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sherri Goins (Richard) and Karen Beeson; her siblings, Bobby Nelson (Lynn), Bill "Fuzzy" Nelson and Brenda Nelson Hedgecock (Mike); her grandchildren, Christopher Barnett, Traci Lawson (Joseph), Dara Ringel (Kevin) and Brandi Kerns (Cary); her great grandchildren, Harley, Hailey, Michael, Conan, Samuel, Savannah, Julia and Isabella; and her great great grandchild Serenity. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Hospice of the Piedmont, 1801 Westchester Dr., High Point, NC 27262.
