He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton "Gibby" Gibbs and Connie Jones Gibbs. He is survived by: his wife Cristin Carlisle Gibbs; his children, Shyanne Carlisle and Matthew McLeod; his stepson Joshua Parks; his sisters, Suzy Gibbs, Pam Keaton (Don Lee) and Beverly Blocker (Dwayne); his siblings' children, Cody (Paige), Gage (Jamie), Grant, Gavin, Jordan (David) and Anna (Cameron); and his pet Moo-Moo.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to assist with funeral costs and other medical expenses can be made in person at the Celebration of Life, at any Atlantic Union Bank, sent via Zelle to [email protected], or mailed to Atlantic Union Bank, 1145 North Road Street, Elizabeth City, NC 27909.
