With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Ann Polston Arnette (Southern Pines, North Carolina), born in McColl, South Carolina, who passed away on August 4, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Howard Polston and Doris Polston; her husband Charles; her siblings, Juanita Fitzjohn, Donnie and Jimmy Polston; her children, Chuck Arnette (Kim) of Norman and Wendy Maxwell (Jeff) of Pinehurst; her grandchildren, Kelly Davis (Garren), Ashleigh Arnette (William) and Alan Arnette (Brianna); her siblings, Sylvia Chellis, Eugene Polston, Richard Polston and Bill Polston (Anna); and her siblings-in-law, Jackie Polston and Melvin Fitzjohn (Gladys). She was also cherished by six great-grandchildren.
