He is survived by: his wife Peggy Brock; his daughter Melissa B. Dembnicki (Jack) of Seven Lakes, NC; and his grandchildren, Ryan Dembnicki (Amber) of Seven Lakes, NC, Lauren D. Massey (Mike) of Raleigh, NC, Kristin B. Kennedy (Keith) of Apex, NC, Heather B. Barkley (Thomas) of West End, NC and Kaylee Brock of Aberdeen. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
