It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Ann Stowe of Southern Pines, North Carolina, born in Melrose, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 29, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman R. Burns and Eleanor Noyes Burns; her husband Tony Stowe; her daughters, Rosslyn Penney Raymond and Elise Rowe; and her grandson Kyle McRae.
She is survived by: her sons, David Raymond and Derryl Raymond; her grandchildren, Tara Hughes, Katrin Franklin, Patric Ray Raymond and Corey Raymond; and her siblings, Norman "Billy" Burns and Nanette Yelle.
