It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Claude Earl Williams (Southern Pines, North Carolina), who passed away on December 25, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude W. Williams and Lessie McKenzie Williams; his wife Helen Louise Bruce Williams; his sons, James Earl Williams and Ernest Claude Williams; and his sisters, Johnsie Johnson and Mildred Baxter.
He is survived by: his sons, Carson Alexander Williams, Robert Lewis Williams and Larry Wayne Williams (Angela); his daughter-in-law Beaman Williams Hall; his grandchildren, Keshia, Mandy, James, Brandi, Ernest, Crystal, Christina, Kaylee, Elijah, Alyssa, Levi and Jeremy; and his siblings, Billy Williams (Maybelle), Wayne Williams, Glen Williams (Janice), Clyde Williams, Pearl Shepard (Ronald), Doris Brewer (Wilmer) and Helen W. Green. He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren.
