He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ernest and Amanda Louella Brown Williams; his sons, Steve Wilburn Williams and William Thomas Williams; and his grandson Logan Tilley.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Morgan Williams; his children, George Wayne (Karen), Linda Sutton and Brenda Tilley (Chip); his grandchildren, Stacy Smith Ashworth (David), Janna Williams Kennedy (Matthew), George Weston Williams (Hailie) and Trevor Williams; his great grandchildren, Lane Ashworth, Gage Tilley, Lorna Jean Ashworth, Oaklyn Tilley, Hadley Williams and Morgan Kennedy; his brother Jerry Williams (Shirley); and his siblings-in-law, Roy Morgan, Kenneth Morgan (Kay), Pauline Priest, Betty Doris Garner, Beulah Ritter (Richard), Delores Lassiter (Arnold Lee) and Barbara Morgan. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Wilburn's memory to Rock Hill Friends Church Building Fund 148 Rock Hill Church Rd. Eagle Springs, NC 27242.
