He was predeceased by: his father Theodore Dugenske. He is survived by: his wife Hope Herrera Dugenske; and his sons, Christopher Allen Dugenske (Corina) of Chicago, IL and Darin Jerome Dugenske (Lea) of St. Petersburg, FL. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
