With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Henry Arthur Bahr Jr. (Southern Pines, North Carolina), born in Bronxville, New York, who passed away on October 20, 2021 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry A. Bahr (Harry) and Anna H. Bahr (Klein); his wife Marie K. (Gioimo); his son Henry A. Bahr III (Hank); and his sister Gladys Spence.
He is survived by: his mother-in-law Marie; his daughter Abigail A.; his grandson Peter M.; his children, Abby Pinter (Tom) of Pinehurst, NC and Peter Bahr (Carol) of Duxbury, MA; his grandchildren, Sara Green, John Pinter, Maggie Harner, Stephen Pinter, Jenna Bahr, Devan Bahr, Christopher Bahr and Henry Pinter; his great grandchildren, Kathryn Green, Blane Mills, Jordan Harner, Isabella Green, Nayeli Pinter, Henry Harner, Mason Pinter and Jonathan Pinter; and his sisters, Evelyn Nichols of Madison, CT and Virginia Bahr of Crestwood, NY. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
