He was predeceased by: his father James Clyde; his grandparents, Levi, Aggie Maness Hussey, Henry and Vandy Hussey Moore; and his sister Peggy Joyce Hussey.
He is survived by: his wife Marguerite Kurtz Hussey; his stepchildren, Jackie Kenworthy Enlund and Tracey Kenworthy Turner (Rick); his grandchildren, Jordan, Dylan, Brandon and Hunter; his uncle Grady Hussey; and his brothers-in-law, Howard Kurtz (Sue) and Frank Kurtz.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Southern Pines United Methodist Church Food Pantry, Smyrna United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund, Disabled American Veterans, Alzheimer's Association or First health Hospice.
