It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Elliott Thomas Laningham (Southern Pines, North Carolina), who passed away on February 2, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, John Wynn (Betty), Bill Browning and Mary Anne. He is survived by: his wife Louise Laningham (Cress); his children, Susanne (Carlos Stalgis) and James E. T. Jr.; and his nephews, Lee Laningham and Bill Browning Laningham. He is also survived by friends, coworkers, and even the animals.
