With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karl Morris Kotovsky of Southern Pines, North Carolina, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 20, 2021 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hymen Kotovsky and Mildred Schafer Kotovsky. He is survived by: his son Scott Kotovsky; his grandson Dominic of San Diego, CA; his brother Dan Kotovsky (Pam); and his niece Kate (Sharon Stank Kotovsky) of Chester, NJ.
