With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leon Herbert Skeen (Southern Pines, North Carolina), who passed away on November 19, 2021 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Skeen and Nannie Poole Skeen; his wife Eva Hussey Skeen; and his siblings, Hazel Lee Ennis, Britt Skeen and Clifford Skeen.
He is survived by: his stepson Donald Hussey (Joyce); his daughter Sandra Craig (Ted); his granddaughters, Brandi Craig and Bethany Barden (Chance); his stepgrandchildren, Greg Morton (Rita), Jerry Morton (Melanie) and Karen Baldwin (Gary); and his son Eddie Rush. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild.
