He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Chief Warrant Officer George and Zora Mason (Hodges); his wife Margaret "Beth" Cook Mason; his children, Bradley Stott Cook Mason of Manassas, VA and Valen Mason Rosenberg (Aaron) of Clifton, VA; and his grandsons, Graham and Brooks Rosenberg.
Lou was a lifetime member the Special Forces Association ("Decader"), a life member of the Army War College Foundation, and a member of the Army Navy Country Club in Arlington, VA.
