She was predeceased by : her parents, Maggie Gilchrist and John Gilchrist of Southern Pines. She is survived by : her children, Geraldine Hamilton, Gloria Diane Lowery, Joan E. Wallace-Black and Jean L. Mason. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, other relatives, and many dear friends.
