He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Bullard and Nina Merritt Bullard; his wife Patricia Chriscoe Bullard; and his sister Dixie B. Russell of Jackson Springs. He is survived by: his sons, Scott (Shannon) of Eastwood and Mark (Carol) of Winston-Salem. He is also survived by three grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Eastwood Volunteer Fire Department.
