He is survived by: his significant other Patricia "Pat"; his sons, Mark (Grant) of New York, John (Lorraine) of Pinehurst and Matthew of Florida; his brother Paul (Carole) of Wisconsin; and his brother-in-law Michael Chiello (Julie) of Florida. He is also survived by 8 nieces, 2 nephews, three grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
