He is survived by: his wife Mikell Ann Driscoll; his daughters, Pamela Driscoll Attal, Elizabeth Driscoll Smith and Katherine Leilani Deforest; and his grandchildren, Matthew Attal, Dylan Attal, Amelia Driscoll, Caleb Driscoll, Michaela Meekins, Morgan Smith, Mitch Deforest and Leigh Deforest.
