It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Daniels Bruce (Southern Shores, North Carolina), born in Albany, New York, who passed away on October 23, 2018, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Gregory Stone Cluett and Jean Rodney Cluett; and her brother Henry Sanford Cluett. She is survived by : her husband Jay Gerald Bruce; her children, Sara Yates Blevins, Gregory Ketchum Yates and Jay Anthony Bruce; her siblings, Heidi Cluett Thomas and Bruce Daniels; and her grandchildren, William Barnett, Kathryn Blevins, Courtney Blevins, Mackenzie Yates and Sidney Yates.

Friends of the family are welcome to pay their respects at the family home on Wednesday, October 24, 2018, or Thursday, October 25, 2018, between 4:00 – 6:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to one of Carol's favorite animal rescues.
