Constance Cogger Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Constance Cogger of Southern Shores, North Carolina, born in Davenport, Nebraska, who passed away on September 3, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Reverend Henry Dumler and Elsie Margueritte Paulsen; her siblings, Kenneth Dumler, Martin Dumler, Corinne Weyhrich, Elsie Holtzen and Richard Dumler; her husband Bill Cogger; her daughters, Janine Macomber, Julie Robinson and Caroline Francese; her sons-in-law, Paul, Rex and Tony; and her grandchildren, Kelcie Macomber, Emily Robinson, Ian Macomber (Will) and Rocco Frances.
