It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Newton Tine of Southern Shores, North Carolina, who passed away on December 28, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Newton Tine to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Amasa and May (Jane). He is survived by : his children, Lauren Morningstar, Karin Allen and Paul Tine; his sister Mary Peckens; and his friend Nikki Kessing. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Outer Banks SPCA.
