With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph B. Noble (Southern Shores, North Carolina), born in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, who passed away on October 29, 2018 at the age of 26. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joseph B. Noble to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by : his parents, Brad Noble of Nags Head and Christina Strayer of Clayton, NC; his siblings, Ian Scarborough, Skylar Scarborough, Haley Noble and Allie Allen; his grandparents, Virgil Lanning, Toni Lanning of Southern Shores and Betty Jo Butout of Ft. Myers, Florida; and his pet Calypso. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, friends.
