He was predeceased by: his parents, Merilyn Olson Vipavetz and George Frank Vipavetz; his son-in-law Michael Hall; his wife Carol Ledgley Vipavetz; his daughter Stacey Hall of Powhatan, VA; and his grandchildren, Tristen, Jamie and Haydon Hall.
He is survived by: his siblings, Kimlyn Fasso (Edward) of Seattle, WA, Steven Vipavetz (Maureen) of Silver Spring, MD and Kristofer Vipavetz (Gretchen) of Brooklyn, NSW. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to All Saints Episcopal Church (https://www.allsaintsobx.org) for the restoration of the labyrinth, honoring Kevin's enduring commitment to his community and faith.
