She was predeceased by : her parent Etta Thigpen; and her brother Al Blankenship. She is survived by : her parent Joseph P. Blankenship; her children, Barbara Boland (Roy), Sarah Fogg (Dana) and Jeannie Inglis (Frederick); her grandchildren, Jason, Sean, Ben, Ollie and Hazel; her great grandchildren, Ian and Scarlet; her sister Carol Neff; her niece Kimball Blankenship; and her nephews, Mike Neff and Phillip Neff.
