It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ralph A. Neal (Southern Shores, North Carolina), who passed away on April 28, 2018, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ralph A. Neal to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parent Allene Preston; his granddaughter Rachel Kingsbury; and his brothers, Briggs and Roger. He is survived by : his parent Latimer Briggs Neal; his wife Iris Parker Neal; his daughter Cindy Neal of Southern Shores, NC; his granddaughters, Katy Kingsbury and Carly Kingsbury; and his sister Allene Scarce of Winter Park, FL. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
