He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Lee Rash, Sr. and Annie Aileen Crawford Rash; and his sister-in-law Elfrida Carver. He is survived by: his wife Iris G. Rash; his children, Donna Shavitz (Jay) and Darin Strickland (Kimberly); and his siblings-in-law, Myra Malpass (Calvin) and Rev. David Carver.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Oak Island (4608 E Oak Island Dr, Oak Island, NC 28465). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
