Walter Garry Doncourt Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 2, 2025, at the age of 87, Walter Garry Doncourt of Southport, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Walter Garry shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Walter Garry farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Doncourt and Edith Doncourt; his wife Mary Ross; and his sister Joan Goettler. He is survived by: his siblings, Ann Begley and Peter Doncourt; and his brother-in-law John Ross (Elaine). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made, in Garry's name, to Lower Cape Fear Life Care Center.
